**Service Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess client service needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain a directory of service providers and resources.
- Establish and update a comprehensive client database to ensure effective service delivery.
- Evaluate client issues and provide actionable recommendations for resolution.
- Ensure each client receives the necessary services and follow up to meet ongoing service needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of all active contracts, including renewal details and customer information.
- Coordinate contract renewals and extensions in accordance with company policies.
- Generate reports on contract status, service performance, and customer feedback, while also maintaining organized records of all contracts, service visits, and customer communications for management review.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their ongoing service requirements are met satisfactorily.
**Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required.
- Previous administrative experience preferred. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- High quality organizational skills.
- The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.
- The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
