**Job Title**: Outbound Telesales Executive
**Location**: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 6 months - 1 year (preferred in financial services/sales)
**Salary**: ₹15K - 18K

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Make Outbound Calls**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services.
- Engage customers by providing detailed product information and answering their queries.
- **Generate Leads and Close Sales**:

- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Convince and convert leads into customers, achieving sales targets.
- **Handle Customer Inquiries**:

- Answer customer questions about product features, pricing, and service options.
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by potential customers during the sales process.
- **Meet and Exceed Sales Targets**:

- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in meeting team targets and contributing to the overall success of the department.
- **Maintain Accurate Records**:

- Update CRM systems with call details, customer information, and sales progress.
- Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and customer preferences for future engagement.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Promote Special Offers**:

- Provide information about promotional campaigns and special offers to customers.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 6 months - 1 year in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field (experience in financial sales or loans is preferred).
- **Location**: Delhi
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and provide convincing solutions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- **Personal Qualities**:

- Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Persistent, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
