Shahji Ghee is a premium brand known for producing high-quality A2 Desi Ghee, a healthy and traditional dairy product. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The role is based in Rani Bagh, Pitampura, New Delhi. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for managing outbound sales, educating potential customers about Shahji Ghee’s benefits, and acquiring new customers while maintaining strong relationships with repeat customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Shahji Ghee’s range of A2 Desi Ghee products.
- **Customer Education**: Explain the health benefits and quality of Shahji Ghee, specifically A2 Desi Ghee, and provide detailed product knowledge to prospects.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Identify and pursue new sales leads, convert them into customers, and meet monthly sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain regular follow-up with repeat customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any queries they may have about the products.
- **Sales Process Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the CRM system.
- **Product Promotion**: Highlight promotions, discounts, and new product offerings to customers, ensuring they stay informed about Shahji Ghee’s latest updates.
- **Customer Retention**: Work to build long-lasting relationships with customers by offering excellent service and personalized product recommendations.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to share customer insights, improve sales strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferably in food or FMCG).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Knowledge of Shahji Ghee products, or a willingness to learn about A2 Desi Ghee’s unique benefits.
- Ability to handle objections, overcome challenges, and close sales confidently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
