
Back Office Tellecaller

We are looking for a versatile **Back Office cum Telecaller** to manage administrative tasks while actively handling telecalling responsibilities. The role requires a mix of back-office coordination and customer interaction, making it ideal for individuals with excellent multitasking abilities and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:Telecalling Duties**:
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services and answer queries.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team if required.
- Maintain a record of all calls, inquiries, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
**Back Office Duties**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer databases and records.
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and presentations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining logs.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or back-office roles preferred.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
