Position: Real Estate Advocate

Location: Borivali

Experience: 6-10 Years

Language Proficiency: English and Marathi (Typing and Speaking)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal Drafting:

- Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, and other property-related contracts.
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence related to civil and criminal matters.

2. Civil Court Representation:

- Represent clients in civil court proceedings related to real estate disputes, property claims, and other civil matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other court documents.

3. Criminal Court Representation:

- Handle criminal cases related to real estate, such as fraud, encroachments, and other property-related offenses.
- Develop defense strategies, gather evidence, and represent clients during trials and hearings.

4. SRA Projects:

- Advise and represent clients involved in Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) projects.
- Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and manage legal aspects of rehabilitation projects.

5. Client Consultation:

- Provide legal advice to clients on real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and property title verification.

6. Documentation and Compliance:

- Manage and maintain records of all legal documents and ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations.
- Liaise with government agencies and authorities for necessary approvals and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Background:

- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Experience:

- 6-10 years of experience in real estate law, civil and criminal litigation.
- Proven track record in handling SRA projects and legal drafting.
- Language Skills:

- Proficiency in English and Marathi, both spoken and written.
- Ability to draft legal documents in Marathi.
- Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Proficient in legal research and use of legal databases.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Other Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
