**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Legal Drafting and Vetting: Prepare, review, and vet various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Case Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues, case laws, and precedents to provide well-founded legal advice and solutions.
- Arbitration: Assist in handling arbitration cases, including drafting submissions, representing clients in arbitration proceedings, and ensuring effective resolution of disputes.
- Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): Provide legal support in IPR matters, including trademark registration, copyright issues, and patent filings, and advise clients on protecting their intellectual property.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their legal needs, and provide tailored legal solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all legal activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and keep abreast of changes in legal standards and practices.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, provide support and guidance to junior associates, and contribute to the firm's knowledge base and best practices.
