**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct trademark and patent searches, provide registrability opinions, and advise on filing strategies.
- Handle opposition, rectification, cancellation, and infringement proceedings before the IP offices and appropriate legal forums.
- Communicate with domestic and international clients regarding case updates and strategy.
- Draft responses to examination reports and attend hearings before IP authorities.
- Manage and maintain case records, deadlines, and filings.
- Support litigation teams on contentious IP matters when required.
- Stay updated on developments in Indian and international IP law.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in an IP law firm or corporate IP practice.
- Registered Patent Agent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle matters independently and manage client relationships.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize work under tight deadlines.
