**Your new role - challenging and future-oriented**
- Responsible for procurement of Piping material and Balance of Plant equipment (e.g. Pumps, valves, Lube Oil System, Heat Exchanger, etc) for Steam Turbines.
- Floating of enquiry, preparing comparisons, negotiation of the rates, favorable terms and conditions with respect to market conditions with supplier.
- Follow up, reviews & expediting with suppliers to deliver the material as per project plan & desired quality.
- Carry out Strategic role like Frame Contracts, Supplier Strategy, Sourcing Decision,
- Commodity Strategy, Supplier Development, Supplier Management, Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Performance Ratings as per Company processes.
- Develop supplier for following commodities
- Follow process for supplier development as required by company
- Coordination with internal partners within and across locations in Engineering, Project
- Management, Production, Quality, Commercial etc. to achieve the required results.
- Support sales and proposal department in bid stage with aim of getting best price and
- terms from vendor
- Compliance of Company Processes and Regulations of Supply Chain Management
- Reporting Key Performance Indicators and other reporting requirements as laid down
- and requirement by Supply Chain regulations of the Company and business.
- Requirements:

- Knowledge of Steam turbine Axillary Equipment and Commodity/Supplier Market.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of vendor base.
- Coordinate with engineering and quality for product development
- Experience in SAP working environment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Good understanding of Component Costing and Total Cost of ownership.
- Advanced Microsoft office capabilities (Word and Excel)
- Effective teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to assess priorities, demonstrate flexibility and understand sense of urgency
- Tracking of commodity prices
- Specific knowledge on supplier base of oil and gas market & power generation market

- BE Mechanical or equivalent
- Apprx. 15 years related work experience
