**Key Responsibilities: (Metal Industry)**
Oversee the quality assurance team and processes for metal production.
- Develop and implement quality control protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,078.45 per month
