Education: - CIPET – PGD-PPT, B.Tech, B.E., Diploma

Experience: - 4 to 6 years' experience in UPVC PROFILE only.

Preference :- Encraft, Aluplast, Veka, Prominance and Okotech

Salary Range :- 5.00 to 6.00 lacs per annum

Job Profile:-

Independently handled shift.

Expert in Process trouble shoots.

Handling Quality related issues in final Product and take immediate action plan

Reduce Scrap rate.

Reduce customer complaints.

Monthly Production planning and complete shift production as well as Operator/man power planning.

Best knowledge in European extrusion.

Achieve production target with more than OEE = 85%.

Maintaining complete Production and Raw material stock (in SAP & Excel).

10.  System development and Give the proper training to operator for smooth running, wastage control etc.

11.  Preventive maintenance of tools.

12.  Reduce machine maintenance.

13.  New tool tuning.

14.  Manpower handling.

15.  OEE and PARETO analysis.

16.  Best knowledge regarding CAPA and RCA.

17.  Best knowledge in IS 17953: 2023 and EN : 2016.

18.  KAIZEN

19.  5, S implementation.

20.  Working in shift only.
