Footwear Lab Incharge Qualifications and Skills:

- Ability and drive to solve practical problems
- Strong organizational skills
- Project management skills, including the ability to track and manage inventory
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business inquiries, including technical RFQ/RFP
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Monitor and review the results of the quality assurance/control program analyze laboratory data.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of laboratory procedures and results ensure compliance with government regulations prepare analytical work sheets and reports.
- Respond to citizen inquiries and complaints interview customers, collect samples, and report findings.
- Oversee and participate in the preparation of chemical reagents.
