**Job Overview**:
The Social Media Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance the online presence of the brand, engage audiences, and drive business goals. This role involves creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platforms, and tools to maximize reach and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (posts, videos, graphics, stories) tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Monitor and engage with audiences across all platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, impressions, clicks, conversions) to measure the success of campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) within defined budgets.
- Build and nurture relationships with followers to increase brand loyalty and awareness.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of SEO strategies and how they integrate with social media content.
- Understanding of hashtags, keyword optimization, and trends to increase visibility.
- Willingness to adapt to new tools, platforms, and emerging social media trends.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
