**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Define the most important social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Design and implement social media campaigns to align with business goals.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
- Engage with online audiences to answer questions, encourage conversation, and promote positive brand interaction.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Analyze social media campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO, and social advertising campaigns.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Provide actionable insights based on social media data and trends.
- **Advertising**:

- Create and manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Attend educational conferences and workshops.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Calendar management: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)
