**Job Detail**:As a Manager in the Affiliate Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring and managing affiliate partnerships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with our affiliate partners, building and maintaining client and Agency relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

To meet the monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Develop and maintain sales reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and effectively communicate their value proposition to clients and Agencies.

**Key Skills / Requirements**:
Any higher degree, in marketing or a related field.

Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities.

Ability to work collaboratively with team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
