**Job Summary**: We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Affiliate Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. As an Affiliate Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing our affiliate marketing programs and partnerships to drive revenue and increase brand awareness. Your focus will be on recruiting and nurturing affiliate partners, optimizing campaign performance, and measuring the success of our affiliate marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners through research, outreach, and networking.
- Nurture relationships with existing affiliate partners, providing them with marketing materials and support.
- Negotiate commission rates and incentives to attract high-performing affiliates.
- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and campaign metrics, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to maximize affiliate engagement and results.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling affiliate marketing materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
- Monitor competitor affiliate marketing activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for affiliate marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, metrics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
