**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Identify Key Influencers & Bloggers: Research and stay updated on trending bloggers and influencers within the healthcare sector.

2. Outreach & Collaboration: Approach potential influencers, build relationships and onboard them to our affiliate program.

3. Affiliate Account Management: Create and manage affiliate accounts for onboarded influencers in our system.

4. Expand Network: Continuously identify and engage with new influencers and bloggers to expand the affiliate network.

5. Monitor Performance: Track and evaluate the performance of affiliate partnerships to optimise outcomes.

6. Strategy & Creativity: Provide input for innovative affiliate marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagement.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing.

3. Strong networking and communication skills.

4. Creative mindset with the ability to identify impactful partnerships.

5. Familiarity with healthcare trends and the influencer ecosystem is a plus excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

6. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
