**1. Overview**:
The Affiliate marketer is responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing campaigns to drive new customers, sales, and revenue for the organization. There will be good success fee payment for each sales, but no fixed payments in this role.

**2. Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and manage a network of affiliates to promote products or services
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns
- Track and analyze affiliate performance to optimize ROI
- Foster relationships with affiliates and provide support and guidance
- Manage affiliate payouts and commissions
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing

**3. Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) principles
- Strong understanding of web analytics and reporting

**4. Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing

**5. Skills & Experience**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
- Experience in affiliate marketing, affiliate-sales, affiliate manager, sales, and lead generation
