We're hiring Digital Markrting Head for a Real Estate Firm.

Job Location: Jakkur, North Bangalore

Experience Level: 5-8 Years of experience in Real Estate Industry / Projects

Job Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to real estate projects.

2) Oversee social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

3) Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for campaign optimization.

4) Manage and analyze the performance of PPC campaigns and SEO strategies.

5) Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

6) Monitor digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.

7) Create content marketing strategies, including blog posts, videos, and webinars.

8) Utilize analytics tools to measure, report, and optimize campaign performance.

Required Skill & Qualifications:
a) Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.

b) Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.

c) Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.

d) Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.

e) Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

f) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
