**Location**: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Contract

**Salary**: 25000 (Included with Food, Travel allowance and other perks)

- **Must have good local language communication skills (Kannada)**
- **Agent should have deep understanding of the real estate market in their area.**
- **Should have market Analysis**
- **Skilled in marketing tactics & Negotiation**
- **Real estate agents work with clients to help them buy real estate.**
- **Must have knowledge in site registrations Documents**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Listings**: Develop and execute marketing plans for property listings, including online and offline channels, social media, and advertising platforms.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and reach out to potential buyers and sellers, conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and arrange property viewings.
- **Property Presentations**: Organize open houses, property tours, and virtual showings to attract potential buyers.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct research on market trends, property values, and competitive properties to provide insights to clients and develop effective pricing strategies.
- **Social Media Management**: Create engaging social media content for listings and manage platforms to maximize audience reach.
- **Brand Awareness**: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s brand visibility within the real estate market.
- **Negotiations**: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties.
- **Documentation**: Assist clients with paperwork and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- **Client Follow-up**: Provide exceptional post-sale and post-purchase support to ensure long-term client satisfaction and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in real estate sales or marketing is a plus
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, industry trends, and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Positive, proactive, and client-focused attitude
