We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our Real Estate team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our real estate services
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify target markets and plan marketing initiatives accordingly
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activity
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in implementing successful marketing campaigns in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics and CRM systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
