Star Estate, a prominent player in the real estate industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Digital Strategy and Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for digital growth.

Online Campaign Management:
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.

Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead generation.

Content Creation and Management:
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.

Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website.

**Social Media Management**:
Manage and grow the company's social media profiles.

Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

**SEO and SEM**:
Optimize website content and structure for search engines.

Execute and manage search engine marketing campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics.

Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the real estate industry.

Proven track record of successful digital campaigns and lead generation.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.

Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
