**Job Title: Digital Marketing - Real Estate**
**Experience**: 5-10 Years

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**:

- Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and project timelines.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Design and execute lead generation campaigns with a focus on capturing high-quality leads through paid search, display advertising, and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead conversion strategies are in place and successful.
- **Social Media & Content Marketing**:

- Manage social media presence across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, community engagement, and paid social media campaigns.
- Oversee the development of engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, newsletters, and landing pages related to real estate market trends, project highlights, and customer stories.
- **SEO & SEM**:

- Lead the SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to real estate websites and landing pages.
- Plan and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI and ensure consistent lead flow.
- **Website Management**:

- Ensure real estate project websites are fully optimized for user experience (UI/UX), mobile responsiveness, and lead conversion.
- Monitor and improve website performance using Google Analytics, heatmaps, and other analytics tools.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and optimize based on performance.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and measure performance across all digital marketing channels, using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and social media insights.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to senior management, with actionable insights and recommendations.
- **Collaboration & Vendor Management**:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, project teams, creative) to align marketing strategies with project goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors/agencies for paid media, web development, and creative support, ensuring optimal results.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 5-10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in Digital Marketing would be an added advantage.
- **Real Estate Expertise**: Strong understanding of the real estate market, customer behaviors, and lead generation strategies.
- **Tools Proficiency**: Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Moz, HubSpot, and other digital marketing tools.
- **SEO/SEM Skills**: Proven experience in creating and optimizing SEO/SEM campaigns.
- **Content Creation**: Ability to create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to analyze marketing metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- **Project Management**: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- **Teamwork**: Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with experience working across teams and managing external agencies.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or any other recognized digital marketing certifications.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with local and global real estate trends, customer insights, and legal regulations in real estate marketing.
- **Creative Skills**: Experience in working with creative teams for ad development, visual content, and video marketing.
