**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Planning publicity strategies and campaigns for the company.
- Designing and managing the production of visual communications and digital content.
- Writing and producing presentations, articles, press releases and social media posts.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to source information for planned PR outreaches.
- Strong in creating and sourcing content such as news releases, spokesperson speech, quotes and articles.
- Plan strategies and execute communication plans and be the face of company.
- Coordinate all public relations activities.
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics for each brand.
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media for the Group of Companies.
- Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.

**SCHEDULE**:

- Day Shift
- Monday to Saturday

**EDUCATION**:

- BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Communications, Journalism or a related disciplinewith a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 is required.

**WORK EXPERIENCE**:

- Prior work experience in public relation for at least one year’s work experience in the financial services or consulting sectors is preferred.

**REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES**
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute integrated PR campaigns
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. At least basic proficiency in Hindi.
- Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
