**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel and guide students about career opportunities in **MBA and management** fields.
- Provide complete details about **Stalwart's courses** and help students choose the right program.
- Address student queries related to exam preparation, eligibility criteria, and admission processes.
- Convert prospective students into **admissions** by explaining the benefits of our courses.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct **seminars, webinars, and career counseling sessions.**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in **MBA entrance exams** and admission processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: 0-5 years in student counseling, education sales, or a related field.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Strong persuasion and **sales skills** to convert leads into enrollments.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Passion for guiding students and helping them achieve their career goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
