**Job Summary**:
We are hiring **Student Counsellor** who are enthusiastic about helping students make informed career choices. As a counselor, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, guiding them about our courses and assisting them throughout their enrollment journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a student counsellor, you will need to counsel students and parents regarding our courses and career opportunities in management education
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the academic and sales teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
- Prior experience as a student counsellor or in sales, or the education sector is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

**Job Type**: Full-time (Student Counsellor)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
**Experience**: 0-5 years
