**Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Initiatives:

- Devise and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Implement comprehensive marketing plans encompassing print, broadcast, and online content.

2. Advertising Campaign Management:

- Create engaging branded advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams, coordinating and compiling content.

3. Tracking and Analysis:

- Establish tracking systems for monitoring marketing campaigns and online activities.
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.

4. Market Research and Media Coverage:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify promising marketing opportunities.
- Negotiate media coverage and partnerships to maximize exposure.

5. Channel Coordination:

- Ensure seamless dissemination of advertising efforts across appropriate channels.
- Manage the distribution and scheduling of marketing content.

6. Internal Communication Enhancement:

- Develop and manage internal communication systems to facilitate efficient information flow.
- Foster clear and consistent communication within the organization.

7. Brand Strengthening:

- Cultivate and reinforce the organization's brand identity across all media platforms.
- Implement strategies to enhance brand recognition and resonance.

8. Service Offering Organization:

- Structure and streamline complex service offerings into easily understandable concepts.
- Create user-friendly presentations of the organization's services.

9. Vendor Management:

- Oversee relationships with print contractors and promotional vendors.
- Ensure vendor deliverables align with marketing goals.

10. Confidentiality and Data Visualization:

- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Transform intricate data into visually appealing formats such as graphs and charts.

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
1. Educational Background:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (required).

2. Experience and Skills:

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in comprehending competitor strategies and consumer behaviour.

3. Organizational and Communication Skills:

- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Creative Aptitude:

- Demonstrated creative thinking and innovation.
- Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.

5. Software Proficiency:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and web editing tools.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
