**FTE Skillset ** Two to three (2-3) year’s providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
- Client insists on Background checks be provided for all Technicians with auditable reference to Education and Qualification and Previous Employment history.
- Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop and other computer peripherals hardware problems.
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts. Ability to perform smart hand activity under instruction based activities at sites.
- Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
- Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S. Subcontractor to identify through transition and communicate in advance the dispatch locations where basic MAC O/S support may be required as a smart hands event. Once the locations and quantities are known, Client and WWTS will mutually agree a support strategy for Mac O/S support.
- Client prefers where commercially practical that the ‘Subcontractor’ use technicians with an Associate’s Degree in Electronics and CompTIA A+ Certification. Where the Subcontractor is unable to do this, they will ensure and certify that technicians meet ‘Subcontractors’ own internal required standard. A ‘Client’ specific technician certification program will be introduced during transition.
- Experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software.
- Some usage Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
- Evaluation and installation of primary and peripheral computer and networking hardware, including, but not limited to: monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi-port data termination panels all under ‘Smart Hands’ capability supported by Client.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with systems and networks using good deductive reasoning skills under ‘Smart Hands’ capability supported by Client.
- Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management. Good people skills. FTE will speak local language and English to facilitate communication with Client.
- Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time.
- All the FTE’s should have valid mobile phones and number of the same need to be shared as required.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IT: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 4 years (preferred)
