One of the leading companies in the Apparel Industry is looking for a Junior IT Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installations, and upgrades company’s computers, tablets, smartphones. You’ll also provide the staff with training in software, hardware and cloud-based services.

Tasks
- Provide frontline PC and server troubleshooting, resolve IT issues for end-users;
- Modify configurations, utilities and software default settings;
- Perform regular system health checks;
- Provide In-house guest IT related matter troubleshooting;
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software;
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer technology, or a similar field;
- Basic knowledge of IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites;
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations;
- Basic knowledge in configuring and managing Apple iOS and Android devices;
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
