Position : Project Manager - SAP ADMExperience : 8 to 10 YearsLocation : Ahmedabad, IndiaJob Summary :We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Project Manager - SAP ADM with 8-10 years of experience to lead our projects in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP implementation or support projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget, ensuring seamless coordination between SAP consultants, business users, and technical teams. This role requires a strong understanding of SAP modules, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage risks and stakeholder expectations effectively.Key Responsibilities :Project Planning & Execution :- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects, including implementation and support, across one or more functional modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, or HCM.- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring all project goals are met.- Drive project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and transparency.Coordination & Risk Management :- Coordinate with SAP consultants, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.- Proactively monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing effective mitigation strategies.- Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to management and stakeholders.Governance & Reporting :- Manage comprehensive project documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational governance and quality standards.- Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and key metrics.Required Skills & QualificationsCore Experience :- 8 to 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.- Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end SAP project.Technical Proficiency :- Strong knowledge of SAP functional modules and their integration points.- Hands-on experience with the SAP project lifecycle and methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.Project Management & Leadership :- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.- SAP Certification in Project Management or a functional module (SAP Activate).- Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects.
