**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) - Sales**

**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet walk-in customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide information on vehicle models, variants, features, pricing, and finance options.
- Guide customers through the test drive, booking, documentation, and delivery process.
- Maintain and update the dealership CRM with customer details, follow-ups, and interactions.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, or inbound calls.
- Coordinate with sales consultants and team members to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers for feedback, upselling, or repeat purchases.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, showroom events, and test drive campaigns.
- Resolve customer queries or escalate issues to higher management as needed.
- Achieve monthly targets for customer follow-ups, appointments, and satisfaction scores.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum [1-3] years of experience in sales or customer relations, preferably in the **automobile industry**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of automotive brands, models, and basic technical features.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into sales leads.
- Basic understanding of vehicle financing and insurance procedures.
- Local language proficiency (as per region) and English.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
