Key Objective To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets of retail loan product Direct business with minimum delinquency To ensure IRR and PF norms are met as per set targets To ensure Third Party product promotoions and business as per set targets To ensure business generation through Self sourcing connectors To assist in busines sourcing through Institutional campaigns To miantain PDD hygeiene with given TAT To address and resolve Customer Complaints within given TAT TO monitor and ensure SM and CRE productivity Responsibility Attend to the leads shared from various Direct business funnel monitor such leads allocated to Team members To train team members to Pre-screen customer segments as per the organization norms Also responsible for Team building and attrition Ensure the efficiency target of log in numbers is in line with set parameters along with disbursement efficiency To ensure quality business sourcing to achieve set Sanction target Execute sales promotion activities along with Institutional team to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers Build strong relationships with Connectors team members from associated buiusness verticals and support treams to enable sourcing and easy processing of business To monitor the portfolio quality and assist in allocated collection cases Provide training to staff members and vendors so as to develop a strong understanding of the markets competition process and products available in the markets and provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market Ensure compliance to all Audit RBI regulations Graduate in any discipline
