**Job Title: Support Ticket Executive (Co-working Office Space)**

As a Support Ticket Executive, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer support requests related to our co-working spaces. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients experiencing issues or seeking assistance, ensuring timely and effective solutions are provided to enhance their experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets regarding issues such as facilities, IT, billing, membership services, and general requests related to co-working space usage.
- Manage and track support tickets through the ticketing system, ensuring prompt responses and timely resolution of issues.
- Categorize, prioritize, and escalate tickets as needed to ensure proper handling by relevant teams (e.g., IT, facilities, administration).
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical, facility, or service-related issues reported by members.
- Ensure all support tickets are accurately documented, and communication with clients remains professional, clear, and concise.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of co-working space offerings, services, and policies to effectively address customer concerns.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, providing them with the information needed to maximize their experience within our spaces.
- Monitor and maintain support ticket SLAs (Service Level Agreements), ensuring issues are resolved within the agreed timeframes.
- Identify recurring issues or trends and communicate them to management for possible process or service improvements.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Fresher or Experience working in a co-working or shared office space environment is an advantage.
- Basic technical knowledge of office equipment, IT systems, and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
