**Ticketing**:

- Handle ticket bookings and reservations: Process and manage bookings for flights, trains, events, or other services.
- Provide customer service: Assist customers with inquiries, offer information on availability, prices, and schedules, and resolve any ticketing-related issues.
- Manage cancellations, changes, and refunds: Process requests for cancellations, changes to bookings, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure accuracy in ticketing transactions: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge: Stay informed about travel schedules, ticketing policies, and relevant regulations.

**Auditing**:

- Assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the ticketing system, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and identifying areas for improvement.
- The auditor would review ticket data, analyze trends, and evaluate the resolution process. They would also assess the effectiveness of internal controls and communicate findings to management.

**Overall Purpose**:

- To ensure the ticketing system is functioning effectively and efficiently, meeting the needs of users and the organization.
- To identify and address any issues related to ticket handling, resolution, and compliance.
- To improve the overall ticketing process and user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with IATA qualification
- Good communication skills
- Min 4 years of ticketing experience
- Exposure in Galileo / Amadeus / GDS / Sabre
- Experience in solving customer queries within TAT
- Identifying issues and concerns to improve the quality and time
