Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticketing Executive at Crimson Holidays LLP in Bengaluru. The Ticketing Executive will be responsible for ticket sales, communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and increasing sales through effective strategies.


Experience Preferred

3-6 years


Qualifications

  • Ticket Sales and Sales skills
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Reservations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of travel and tourism industry
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Experience in flight tkt Reservations ( GDS )
