**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle group bookings efficiently for domestic and international flights.
- Create and manage PNRs (Passenger Name Records) accurately.
- Perform EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) issuance, reissue, and cancellations.
- Utilize airline group tools effectively to manage bulk travel arrangements.
- Ensure accurate and timely ticket issuance and updates in line with airline policies.
- Coordinate with airlines and clients for any changes, special requests, or additional services.
- Resolve booking discrepancies and provide quick resolutions for ticketing-related issues.
- Maintain updated knowledge of airline rules, regulations, and group travel policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience of 3 to 6 years in ticketing, with a focus on group bookings.
- Proficiency in using GDS platforms, specifically Amadeus and Galileo.
- Strong knowledge of airline group tools and related operations.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and customer service skills to liaise with clients and airline representatives.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Amadeus or Galileo.
- Prior experience with corporate or travel agency ticketing operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
