**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets as assigned.
- Keep track of sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum Graduate in any field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in sales is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel (if required).

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
