The Role

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive to generate new leads, and opportunities, grow new sales, and cultivate business from existing and new

key accounts across the American market for Microsoft Dynamics business solutions. As the Solution Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for working with business decision-makers to understand their unique business needs. You will be on point to orchestrate a successful sales cycle from qualification of leads to solution demos and submission of proposals with the help of an expert Pre-Sales Team and ultimately responsible for successful closures and meeting sales targets while contributing to the Organization's Goal.

Eligibility Criteria:
Skills Required:

- Sales experience of ERP and CRM Solutions is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal Driven.
- A strong ethical compass.
- Ability to listen to reason, evaluate, and articulate best-in-class solutions without compromising on integrity.

Job Responsibilities:

- Role - Lead generation, demand generation through calling/mailing/cold calling/networking/database.
- Should have experience in IT sales and other International sales for any IT Services/solution selling.
- Develop targeted messaging to engage prospective companies and executives.
- Understand and analyze customer's business needs, technical requirements, and current challenges. Position the right offering accordingly, highlighting the relevant product capabilities to demonstrate value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying to scoping the opportunity.
- Update CRM system to manage leads and sales activities.
- Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, customer support/success team member
- Generate Leads/ Demand/Data Mining: 1. US Searching information about perspective partners through Cold calling, database, social media, internet, forum, etc.
- Maintaining a database of such customers along with information about the concerned person.
- Customer profiling should be done based on geography allocated
- Making them understand about the company and our services
- Building relationships with partners/ clients to get future business
- Qualified Lead Generation:

- Generating qualified leads through partners or direct B2B.
- Follow-up and monitor leads and drive all possible leads through the sales cycle
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects answering all their queries
- Forwarding qualified leads to the reporting manager
- Meeting the monthly target of qualified leads.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
