**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Qualification**: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, qualify them as potential customers, and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver engaging sales presentations to prospective customers via phone or video calls, highlighting the value of our products and services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately update and maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM system to track progress and follow up on leads.
- **Sales Support**: Provide support to the sales team by assisting with closing deals, preparing quotes, and handling customer inquiries.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on the company’s products or services and understand how they address customer needs and challenges.
- **Performance Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets or quotas to contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share customer insights.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-4years experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage multiple leads and clients while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
- **Motivation**: Self-motivated with a passion for sales and the ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹15,604.01 - ₹27,538.61 per month
