
Inside Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**: Inside Sales Coordinator for Nano Coating will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth of the nano-coating product line. This individual will have a deep understanding of the nano-coating industry, assist in the technical sales process, and ensure smooth and effective communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
- **Sales Support & Order Processing**:
- Assist in generating quotes, proposals, and contracts for nano-coating products and services.
- Process and track sales orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer requirements for tailored solutions based on specific coating needs.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines and specifications.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to nano-coating products, providing technical information as needed.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers by addressing concerns, troubleshooting issues, and offering product updates.
- Conduct follow-up communications post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:
- Conduct research on potential clients and market trends to support business development initiatives.
- Identify key decision-makers in client organizations and initiate outreach efforts.
- **Sales Reporting & Coordination**:
- Track sales performance, monitor metrics, and assist in preparing regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align on product offerings and ensure relevant materials are available for customers.
- Support the sales team with technical data, presentations, and demos to help close deals.
- **Technical Product Knowledge**:
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends in the nano-coating field, including new products and innovations.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Maintain an organized system for customer data, sales orders, and technical documentation.
- Assist with scheduling and organizing sales meetings and customer demonstrations.
- Handle other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales department, such as CRM updates and order management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- 2 - 3 experience in inside sales or sales support, preferably in a technical or industrial field.
- Knowledge of nano-coating technologies, materials science, or a related industry (e.g., coatings, materials, engineering).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Degree in materials science, engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience in the coatings or nanotechnology industries.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
