**Position Title**: Inside Sales Coordinator
**Location**: Tempo Instruments Pvt Ltd Mira Road, Mumbai

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:
Identify and generate leads for laboratory scientific products and laboratory testing Equipment in international markets through various channels, including online research, social media, trade shows, and industry events.
- **Customer Engagement**:
Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and develop tailored solutions to meet their laboratory requirements.
- **Sales Support**:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and professional.
- **Market Research**:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth in the export market.
- **Database Management**:
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information, sales activities, and follow-up actions.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- **Reporting**:
Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- **Customer Follow-up**:
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
2-4 years of experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in the scientific or laboratory products sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of the export market and international sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to develop Channel Partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and sales performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
