**Objective **:We're seeking an organized and results-driven Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. You'll manage sales processes, provide exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth.

**Qualification**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

**Experience**:

- Should have 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role.
- Proven track record of sales success.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., (link unavailable)).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
- Qualify leads and route to appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and dashboards.
- Track sales performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales revenue).
- Identify and resolve sales process bottlenecks.
- Implement sales process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Manage sales materials, including brochures, catalogs, and presentations.
- Coordinate sales meetings, events, and trade shows.
- Maintain sales database accuracy.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Work closely with sales representatives, customer service, and marketing teams.
- Communicate sales performance and customer feedback to relevant teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹168,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per year
