Profile: In House Sales (Should have technical knowledge)

**Reports to**: Director / Store Head

**Position Overview**:
The In-house Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, generating leads, and closing sales from within the office. This role focuses on handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and building long-term customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. The position requires a motivated, customer-focused individual with strong sales and negotiation skills who can contribute to revenue growth from the Vapi office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and reports.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Coordinate with field sales and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Keep track of market trends and share customer feedback with management.
- 1-3 years in inside sales, telesales, or customer relationship management (têxtiles or B2B preferred)
