**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure timely dispatch and fulfillment of orders.
- Manage **B2B customer accounts** (corporates, retail, distributors, HORECA, etc.) and **B2C customers** (households, apartments, individuals) with the same level of professionalism.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM software accurately.
- Address delivery escalations and resolve issues within defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Assist customers with subscription plans, bulk orders, and payment-related queries.
- Collect customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to the operations/quality team.
- Maintain high standards of courtesy, empathy, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and regional languages.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask between calls, chats, and coordination tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
- Customer-first attitude with patience and professionalism.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (any discipline).
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support / call center / CRM roles. (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.)
- Prior experience in FMCG, delivery/logistics, or water/beverages industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,832.91 - ₹12,298.76 per month

Work Location: In person
