**1 plus years of experience in Sales support and Customer Service**

**-Experience in an Engineering product Company will be preferred**

This position will work directly with the Sales Manager / Management team and be responsible

for Sales / Customer Service related administrative duties and assisting the sales department in

gaining and keeping customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Sales / Customer Service related administrative duties and assisting the

sales department in gaining and keeping customers.
- Include tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer

service, and managing customer accounts.
- Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and

following up with customers about their order status.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales/Customer: 1 year (preferred)
- Manufacturing Equipment Background: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
