Our Debt Advisory division partners with high-growth ventures, SMEs, and corporates to raise capital from a wide range of private and institutional sources through fixed income instruments, including NCDs, debentures, and structured credit facilities.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Debt Raising Associate**, you will play a key role in supporting and executing debt fundraising efforts. You will work closely with **private investors** to help raise capital through structured debt instruments suited to each client’s financial profile.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Debt Fundraising Execution**
- Assist in the process of raising debt from private investors, HNIs, and credit platforms
- Help prepare investor decks, proposals, and financial summaries
- Support coordination during due diligence, negotiations, and documentation stages

**Investor Network Development**
- Research and identify potential private lenders and investors
- Build and maintain basic investor contact databases and communication logs

**Fixed Income Instrument Structuring**
- Learn about and assist in structuring NCDs, debentures, invoice financing, and related debt products
- Support legal and compliance processes with basic documentation and data gathering

**Client Interaction & Support**
- Assist in understanding client requirements and preparing introductory documentation
- Provide administrative and analytical support during client-investor discussions

**Market & Regulatory Awareness**
- Stay updated on market news, RBI/SEBI regulations, and fixed income trends
- Monitor yields, sector appetite, and financial news relevant to fundraising

**Who We're Looking For**:
✔ Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field
✔ Freshers with strong interest in debt markets are welcome
✔ Basic understanding of debt products (NCDs, debentures, working capital) is a plus
✔ Good communication, presentation, and research skills
✔ Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial documentation
✔ **Networking and contacts will be an added benefit**
✔ NISM/FRM certifications preferred
✔ Must have own laptop
