**Company Overview**:
**Job Summary**:
The Assistant Manager - Debt Syndication will be responsible for assisting in structuring, executing, and syndicating debt transactions for corporate clients. The role involves liaising with financial institutions, preparing credit analysis, and managing client relationships to ensure successful debt placements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the origination, structuring, and execution of debt syndication transactions, including term loans, working capital facilities, structured finance, and project finance.
- Conduct financial analysis, credit assessment, and due diligence of client companies.
- Prepare financial models, and credit appraisal notes for debt transactions.
- Liaise with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and investors to facilitate debt raising.
- Support negotiations on debt terms and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in managing end-to-end execution, from deal origination to closure, including documentation and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders to identify new business opportunities.
- Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices in debt syndication.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Semi Qualified CA or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Sound understanding of credit risk assessment, structuring debt instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Churchgate, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
