Job Summary

We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter / IPCC qualified) to support Direct Taxation and Audit functions. The role involves tax compliance, statutory and tax audits, assessments, and assisting seniors across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Taxation

  • Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies
  • Tax computation and determination of tax liabilities
  • Handling direct tax compliances and statutory filings
  • Assisting in tax audits and preparation of related documents (Form 3CD, 3CA/3CB)
  • Drafting and responding to income tax notices, assessments, and appeals
  • Supporting in tax advisory and planning assignments

Audit

  • Assisting in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits
  • Vouching, verification, and scrutiny of books of accounts
  • Preparation of audit working papers and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with Accounting Standards (AS) / Ind AS
  • Coordinating with clients for audit data and documentation

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter / IPCC cleared)
  • Articleship completed or ongoing / completed preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Direct Taxation and Audit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹540,000.00 per year
