**Key Responsibilities**

1. Team Management:
Supervise and coordinate security personnel, ensuring effective patrol coverage.
2. Security Operations:
Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and patrol logs to identify potential threats.
3.Incident Response:
Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms; provide first aid if necessary.
4.Access Control:
Ensure authorized access to restricted areas.
5. Customer Service:
Provide assistance and directions to mall patrons.
6. Compliance: Enforce mall rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
7. Investigations: Conduct investigations into incidents, theft, and vandalism.
8. Reporting: Prepare and submit incident reports, logs, and performance evaluations.
9. Training: Conduct training sessions for security personnel.
10. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 2-3 years of security experience, preferably in a mall or retail environment.
2.Certifications: Valid security license, CPR/First Aid certification.
3. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
4. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift 50 lbs.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Leadership: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
7. Technical: Proficient in CCTV, access control systems, and security software.*
