Job Title: Security Supervisor - (**Armed Forces Background)**

Shilp Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Security Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of our construction sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the security operations at construction sites, ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Manage a team of security guards, providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure they perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement security procedures and protocols to protect against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of construction sites to identify security vulnerabilities and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems, to detect and respond to any suspicious activity.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and personnel activities.

Requirements **(Ready to work in night shift)**
- **Must have a background of Armed Forces**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, in the armed forces or in a similar role in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of security guards.
- Excellent knowledge of security principles, procedures, and practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective security protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
