Supervise and coordinate security activities across the manufacturing plant and godown facilities to safeguard assets and personnel.
- Manage access control systems and procedures to safeguard entry points and sensitive areas within the plant.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans in coordination with management to address potential security threats or incidents effectively.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, investigate breaches, and report findings to management while ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, daily activities, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, Logistic and HR, to address security concerns and ensure alignment with overall plant objectives.
- Lead and manage the security team, including the Security & Housekeeping Staff on Roll of Masterbatch, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure 100% presence during material loading and unloading operations, overseeing accuracy and adherence to procedures to prevent discrepancies or losses
- Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for all plant operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
